Hello
I have this lovely jpg photo (attached) and wish to print it off A3 size (well, to fit in an A3 frame), without it losing the quality associated with its current 496px width/454px height properties.
I will probaby type a few words on the image in a Pooh font.
What's the best way of resizing it, please?
Thank you.
Can someone PLEASE show me step by step how to resize an image for youtube videos. I'm a music producer and basically what i'm trying to do is take a low quality image and upgrade it to high high quality AND resize it without losing quality. Then from their I was going to add music to it from windows movie maker then publish it for youtube for the sake of time and learning adobe after effects.
Thanks
Using PS CC. I have set a photo to an image size of 4x6. I am uploading to an online photo printing service to purchase multiple copies of the photo on 4x6 glossy paper. I've tried both Costco Photo and Shutterfly but the cropping that is required cuts into the people shown on the photo. I tried increasing the print size to 5x7 but it cropped even more. If I use my own printer, I can reduce the photo to fit the paper size. This option is not available online. I tried reducing the image size to 5x3, but that doesn't work either. How do I format my photo to eliminate so much cropping with these online services? Thanks for any help you can give me. I've been using Photoshop for several years and have gone to two classes. Unfortunately, I only use it a few times a year so it's almost always like being a newb! Anne
I have some 200 meg psd files that need to be 30 megs in PDF format with fonts embedded. This is what the printer company requires. My file doc width & height cannot change. I have the complete Adobe Master Suite if another program would achieve the goal easier. Youtube links welcome. Also, I am using an InDesign template. Thx, Guru's
Hi Everyone, For some reason I am having problems with getting a correct print size. I am running CS5 on OSx Maverick. I need to print an A4 Sheet with several circular designs exactly 3cm dia. These need to be cut out to fit on badge blanks. I have tried to size the original image using the rulers set at cm, and using guides to establish the parameters, print res is 300. They just will not come out the correct size no matter how much I mess about with them. It's really frustrating.
Any help appreciated

Hello,
I am completely new to this forum so I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place. I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and have a question regarding file size/quality. So, here it goes.
I am currently working on publication that requires all downloaded photos to be uploaded to a website that has a max file size of 20 mb. When I download an image to use for a background (some sort of a pattern that is normally somewhere around 800 x 800 size) the image is about 180 kb which is perfect. Unfortunately, the image has a poor ppi resolution and prints extremely blurry so in photoshop under image size, I increase the resolution so that the file size & resolution is bigger. This takes a lot of guessing on my part.
For example, if I increased the image resolution to 100000000 ppi, the file size would end up way over 20 mb which does me no good. So what I am wondering is, is if there is a way to optimize the the resolution of the image, given the file size limitations, without all of the guess and check?
If this looks confusing, I apologize and will gladly explain more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good Day/Night to all,
I'm here to ask a quick question. When using Photoshop to design a Tshirt for example, an all over Tshirt and you have the image size set to 300 resolution 26 Width, 29 Height and 7% zoom. Do I have to change the zoom to 100% to see how the design will actually look in person?
Hi Folks,
I'm ready for printing but don't understand the correct sizing in PS,Staples uses Publisher so they can't help on the file size. When trying the 11x17 Dimension poster size I get a small thumbnail box,After zooming to 3200 and copying everything over it's awful & fuzy.
3200%^^^
Not really sure how to figure out the correct Height x Width or what's wrong.
any help is greatly appreciated
Hi there!
im having an issue when I convert my photo to CMYK from RGB in photoshop.
The colour loss is huge, which is a shame but something I can adjust, however the other issue is that it's actually losing a lot of the detail with it. It's giving it the kind of effect you have when you whack the gamma up, almost like a solarised/white layer overlay effect or something. I've tried with the original and the flattened file but the results are similar.
The image may potentially be blown up to bus ad type size so it's really important the detail is still there.
Is there any cheat fix to this or perhaps something I'm missing?
Any help would be hugely appreciated!
Alright, so I run a page on Facebook devote to the franchise, Fallout. I stumbled upon this picture and thought that it was an amazing idea. However, the photo is choppy and very poor quality. I was wondering if anyone was up to the challenge to attempt to create a better quality photo for me.
My page has 4.3K likes. So your work will be seen. I'll obviously credit you for it. By request, if someone wants to see the page, I'll post it in the comments. I'm not trying to advertise it, just seeing if anyone was willing to give this a go.
The idea of the photo is to 'shop doge's head onto dogmeats body, while keeping the same colors as dogmeat. It might be a very easy job, but as I'm a big noob with photoshop, I can't figure it out. I can handle the text.
Let me know, thanks for reading.
