Hello friends. I am trying to get a tie custom made at a shop nearby, and need to adjust the picture I wish to use. So, here is the picture.
The person making the tie said she needed to be standing straight, as opposed to being tilted as she is now. Since I needed to tilt her, I thought I'd throw in some extras as well. So, I tried doing it myself, and it came out and looked like poo. So now, desperate and weak, helpless and defenseless, I am coming to the masters, or gurus, for much needed help.
Like I said, I needed her tilted so she's standing straight. Not only that, but I'd like to take her out of that background, and put her in a half navy blue, half white background. Oh, and I'd like to keep that little heart next to her as well.
If someone does pick this up, and does wish to throw in some extras, by all means.
Thank you so much, and I hope I can get someone to help me with this! Thank you, Gurus.
Hi to all
I'm sorry for my not so great title, but I just don't eally know how to call what I want to do...
In general, I want to create a picture that if I were to duplicate it and put it on top of the original, it will "connect" and look like a continuation of the original picture.
This is an example of what I wanna do:
I can't use the same method I've used here to create what I want, 'cause I wanna do it on a more complex picture. Like this:
If such an ability can't be achived then maybe is there a way, that if I'm drawing using the brush tool but there is not enough space for the whole brush to be drawn, it will not be drawn?
That is a background for a video game that I am working on and it is very important to me. So if anyone in here know how I can draw things without them being sliced by the borders on the canvas please help me.
Thanks in advance,
Liav
I want to be able to recreate my wrestling team's photos to look like the main photo on www .CaelSanderson.com (shown below)... I have been able to remove the backgrounds and make it look like a black and white image in the background and the main subject is color, but do not know how to give it a blue hue similar to the main image on the website. Any suggestions?
Hi Guys
Could someone please give me some advice on how I can create the effect on the attached images, I'm going to shoot the subjects against a green screen and need some advice on how to add the background into the silhouette of the subject while still retaining some of their features.
Your advice would be really appreciated
Hi everyone.
As the title stated I'm making a Jigsaw as a present for my fiancee and I'm posting this hoping for ideas.
I'm aiming to create a montage containing her and our two children in some "fictional environment".
For the montage I'm probably just gonna use their faces or heads the rest will be stock-photos.
So do you guys have any ideas of environments situations and the like?
She likes Fantasy, Crime Novels, Romantic and humor. So something along those lines. Mind you even If the Theme becomes similar to Game Of Thrones I think I'll give the montage a humorous touch, it is christmas after all.
The finished Jigsaw is gonna be 1000bits and measurements 65 x 47,5 cm.
And of course I'll be running the complete project here so I can get feedback and suggestions I want a polished look when it's finished after all.
Trenchcoat detectives solving teddybear murder, SpaceCowboys hearding their space cows?
Your turn give me some ideas!
[EDIT]
Added Pictures as per div8_fx's suggestion
Mind you I might not use a single one of these but you'll have something to start up some ideas.

Hello,
I'm an amateur photographer and did a photo shoot for a friend.
I used a colored background (1 color) but I now want to change that background to white.
I already tried myself with Photoshop and as you Photoshop experts definitely know, changing most of the background is very easy but it's not that easy to do it in such a way that the 'borders' of the person look natural
I'm looking here for someone who is good in this (so definitely no Photoshop amateur) and who's willing to do this for me. I'm prepared to pay a small fee (via Paypal) for it because I want it to be perfect.
I'm talking about 6 photos.
Please note that I don't want the background color to be changed everywhere to 100% white, the (small) shadows of the background (like in the corners of the photo) and the 'gradient' in the background have to stay so it looks more natural.
If you are very experienced in this and if you are interested in this small job, please send me a PM.
Thanks a lot in advance,
Kate
Hi All,
Request for assistance to create an action in Photoshop cs6 to Batch Change image background to white.
I need to batch convert high resolution product images through layer/vector mask +/or channels without using the selection tools.
Have tried to create white background layer and place original image made transparent behind ,but did not work for me.
If you can show the way for this or create and upload link to it,that would be much appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
John
the reason i'm asking for help is kinda personal, so if anyone is interested and willing to give me a hand please pm me and will explain it and will gladly appreciate all the help you can give.
many thanks
Hello,
I wondered if someone would hear me out and possibly help or advise me.
In the attachment there is a great picture of a bass jumping with the sky and sunset in the background.
I added a white paw to the sky and hope to make it look or blend in as a beleivable cloud in the sky.
My novice thoughts about how I might do this was as follows:
1) create and save a precise selection of the paw with a close detailed trace (I am having trouble donig this ste) and save the selction.
2) take that selection to the background copy layer and delete all the area inside that selection
3) take the background copy for cloud breakthrough layer and place it below the background copy layer with color enhancements to show through the holes in the background copy layer.
there is also a cloud paw layer which I aborted efforts working with.
-Bottom line is I am looking for a cloud paw in the sky which looks good, an orange emphasis is desired.
If you can do some work in the file and post it back up or at least advise how you would reccomend I try and go about it would be greatly appreciated.
BTW - The selection process really giving me fits with the idea I had, If you know of a great selection tutorial please send me some info.
Thanks,
Joe
Hey guys, another question to put out there.
Been in graphic design for a couple of years but never had that much of an educated background in the field so I often have questions concerning techniques / methods.
I was wondering if you guys could give me a bit of an idea as to how this sort of image would be replicated / produced in the first place.
I assume the artist worked from photographs to create the illustrations. Would these have more likely been hand drawn on paper and scanned in or done using an illustration tablet - or is it just too hard / impossible to say?
I have some illustrator experience but not as much as photoshop, always wondered about methods employed to create this sort of result.
Thanks in advance,
J
