Hello Everyone,
I've been super in love with photographers/photoshoppers who use lots of rainbow glare type effects. I'm attaching photos. I've been trying to figure out how they do it, with gradients and brushes and all sorts of things, endless hours on youtube and I still can't replicate this effect. Anyone know how to achieve this effect? I would be SOOOO grateful and worship you for your genius.
I need help trying to do this type of Brush effect ?
the red and white brushes strokes going down I like to know what type of brush does this type of effect or what was used to do it ?
cause I tried all the brushes the comes with photoshop and I still couldnt come close to making the same brush stroke effect at all.
does any one know how to do this type of brush stroke effect ? any advice would help ..
So I'm designing a backdrop for my band in the style of the backdrop that The Beatles used on their Budokan gigs. Here you can see it being mimicked by a tribute band:

And I've been trying hard to achieve the same effect with the same colours without any success whatsoever; that is, the text starting sort of in the middle and coming out like that. I figured maybe somebody here could suggest what I should search for to find the right tutorial (I don't quite know what word is appropriate to describe the effect), or maybe even make a tutorial for me.
Hi! I came across this cool photo effect and I was wondering how to do it?
I was looking for any or all of these answers:
Is there any specific name for this effect?
Do you know any tutorial for this effect?
Is there any photoshop action or filter for this effect?
Thanks
Hey guys please do look at this image , can you please give me a clue as to how those colorful brush effects on the top - right corner and botton-left corner can be replicated , i have seen and used also alot of amazing brushes , but this effect seem to be really cool . Thank you . Gautam.
Can anyone tell me how I can achieve this face effect in my photos? Thank you!
I was randomly sketching on CS5 (using brush) and I stumbled upon an effect that I was not able to replicate after. A relative newbie, no custom brush. using a wacom intuos that sometimes lost its settings and unresponsive.
If you look at the enclosed sketch, you can see that where the red arrows are pointing. Whenever I tried to draw a single stroke and turned a sharp corner, the ink seems to "bleed" to fill up the acute angle. The most obvious location is the nose on the left hand side, I draw the nose in one stroke, first the upper one, then when I turned the corner at the point of the nose, the ink "bleeds" as if trying to fill up the acute angle by capillary action. Similar effects were seen at the sharp chin, elbows, etc. wherever i turned a corner in one stroke. I thought this was a nice effect and I want to continue to do sketches in this way. However, after I closed CS5 and went back, I could not replicate such effect. I don't think I have change the brush at all. As you can see, on the right hand side are the 2nd trials, I lost the "bleeding" effect. I had no idea how I accidentally achieved such effect and I want to find out how! Could someone please identify what it is, what settings do I change to replicate this again? Any help would be highly appreciated!
Hi I'm quite a noob.
I would like to get some help creating this effect in photoshop.
1. The effect of having a gradient-like effect of the background. Is it made by creating a solid color and then using a large pixel soft brush to create the light effect?
2. The torchlight like effect of the images of the girl and the hands.
Thanks.
Hi, i've been trying to achieve the same effect as on the pictures attached through gradient+noise combination but the result is not exactly what i need. I searched for cosmic nail polish effect tutorial for ps (looks pretty similar to me lol) but couldn't find any. Any suggections? Many thanks.

Hey guys, I registered to this forum specifically seeking help for this one photoshop project. For this photo, I want to change the colour of each water droplet so that I can produce a rainbow effect using all the water drops. If someone can provide a tutorial/link, I would greatly appreciate it!
