Tattoo Request

I lost my dog on Tuesday and next week I will get a remembrance tattoo.
It will be on my foot.
As I wanted a tattoo in henna colour, I made the design in that colour.
However, I read about the meaning of the different colours of lotuses and as blue stands for wisdom, I tried a design in colour.
Now that turned out ugly so I came up with yet another one.
Would like your opinion, which looks nicest? The tattoo artist likes the one with the blue.

Hello everyone. I'm new here and I'm already have a request. I'm thinking of making a tattoo, I have some ideas but I don't have skills to visualize. I'm interested in ancient greek and sparta. Maybe someone can create a symbols if these: it's just an idea. I want something simillar. This is just a request, not neccessary. I leave everything to your imagination. THank you

I have given this idea quite a bit of thought and think I am ready for the next step.
I do have some Photoshop skills, but I want to get this done right because it is for a tattoo. heheh

So I attached an image of a hand holding a gun. I think it might be an image from a video game (Red Faction perhaps). I like the style and perspective of the hand. But here is the thing, I am hoping to have that hand holding a tomato and not a gun.

I am just throwing this out there and hoping someone bites, so here are some details:
-I don't need/want any of the background. Just the arm
-The arm to be b/w and the tomato red
-Possibly a thin line of tomato juice running down the arm (red as well). If the forearm has to lose detail, that is fine.

It is almost like the tomato is a beating/bleeding heart in the hand.

I greatly appreciate any help and attempts. Even rough work.

Hi Gurus, I have been working on trying to create an effect that resembles the image I have attached.
I have been trying to figure out how I can achieve this accurately so that it does not look "effecty". I like the analog feel this art work has which is probably near impossible to recreate.
I have tried to create this in illustrator but there are just so many subtleties in the light and shadows which i am not as experienced in as the original artist (Karel Martens).

Any advice, ideas or even programs outside of CS6 any one could recommend would be greatly appreciated.

About to paint inside the house and I just tried a yellow I do not like... Before I go blow more money on paint I dont like, can someone please edit a couple pictures to give me a vague idea what it will look like. Attached are two marked up pictures with W, G, B; White, Gray and Beige. This painting thing is driving me nuts! I also attached two clean pictures without being marked up. Thanks in advance!

Hi all!
We're using photoshop to prepare assets for a game engine, and i'm trying to find a good workflow, which i can then teach to my artist.
At this point, i have an image with five layers. 12345

Layers 2-5 each have a layer mask on them.

Now what i want to do is, copy the layer mask of layer 2, and paste it into the Red colour channel of layer 1
then mask of layer 3 into the green channel of layer 1
layer 4 into the blue channel
and layer 5 into the alpha channel

So the result is that the channels of that layer will each look identical to the layer masks, and thus layer 1 will look like a wierd (but programatically meaningful) mishmash of colours.

I'm having some problems though.

This is the green channel that i've gained from the above procedure. The big gradiented circle in the middle is what i made, but for some reason i have this white stripe down the left side too. I have no idea what that is or why it's there. It appears on both he green and blue channels when i paste in a mask. But if you look at the channel image in the right hand panel, it doesn't seem to have a stripe down it.

the stripe is definitely there, it's affecting the main image, and its annoying me.

any thoughts what might be causing that?

I would like to have this picture of my mom tattooed on me but I don't want the graduation hat and this is the best picture I have of her. The (amazing) artist doesn't alter photos in a major way and this would be out of my skill level. I don't know how hard it would be to make look good because you have to guess on the shape of the head and hair style, I can post other pictures of her if requested but the ones that I have I don't think helped the process. I hope someone is willing to help me out with this because it would mean a lot to me. I will post the final result if someone is interested. Thanks in advance .

I'm taking pictures of a product 360 degrees and noticed small variations of light and color and want to equalize between all images.
I do not want to apply the same effect at all, so I do know the Automate.
I want to adjust all the photos based on a standard photo with adjustable pre-defined levels and colors.
If you can do this with a batch command would be better.


See the three images has a small variation in the light which can be seen in the background of the image. I want to equalize it between all images.

Hello Everyone!

I need something creative help. I don't really know how to use photoshop that well other than basic functions. I have recently started getting serious about my photography, and had just picked out my watermark. My Photography alias is "Mr. Infinity". I had outlined my watermark, but want something custom done to it.


Here it is:





I am using this infinity symbol, but would like to see what it would look like if the letters "Mr." and "Mister" were somehow embedded on the bottom left curved line. Somewhat like this, but on the left side:




Of the full "Mr. Infinity Photography" like this:




Any creativity you want to embed in it is fine with me. Looking for someone who is good at photoshop, and wouldn't mind taking a couple minutes to help me out.

So here is the situation. Either I am extremely paranoid, or my girlfriend is busted. After a nice old fight (of epic proportions), i was browsing the craigslist casual encounters and came across this. Now i would recognize that booty from a mile away but i do not want to jump to conclusions so i came here for help.

Here is what got me a little skeptical. The red mark on her spine (fresh scar from the couch-if its her), and it looks like there may be a sort of massive scar on her left leg where the shadow starts due to extra pixelation (which she has from an accident) I just cannot tell with the resolution. On her right cheek, she also has a Clover tattoo, does it look like this could have been covered up?

Just want to know from the experts what may be going on in this picture. If anyone could sharpen it up or somehow tell if there is a cover up on the right cheek that would be awesome. I'm ****ing paranoid but just given the timing, the aforementioned factors, and the title of the craigslist post "recently single" i would like to figure this out.
