Hi,
So I spent some time at a wolf sanctuary, where an alpha male wolf bonded to me. He was 240LBS and I am 6'1", when he stood on his hind paws, we were eye to eye. He was a very big wolf.
I recently did some work for an artist who deals only in oils. She has offered to draw a picture of me and the wolf.
The only problem is, she is good at reproducing from pictures.
The one picture I want her to draw for me in oils, is one where the wolf is submitting to me, burying his head in my chest, and I am laying my head on the back of his neck. This is special, because this particular wolf was an aggressive alpha. He had to be segregated from his pack because he was tearing them up. You can count on one hand the number of people who were allowed in with him, due to his aggressive nature. Yet, he submitted to me, not because I was bigger than he was, or more aggressive, but because he accepted me as a brother.
My head is turned the wrong way! You can see the gentle expression on the wolf's face, but you can only see the back of my head.
Here is the picture I want her to paint...
Leading up to it, and to give you an idea of his size...
Also a good shot of the size difference between us, I am 6'1"
Here's a good pic of my relaxed face, getting a wolf kiss.
Scent rub, relaxed face
Are any of these usable to photoshop me facing the right way in the first picture above?
I would like to have this picture of my mom tattooed on me but I don't want the graduation hat and this is the best picture I have of her. The (amazing) artist doesn't alter photos in a major way and this would be out of my skill level. I don't know how hard it would be to make look good because you have to guess on the shape of the head and hair style, I can post other pictures of her if requested but the ones that I have I don't think helped the process. I hope someone is willing to help me out with this because it would mean a lot to me. I will post the final result if someone is interested. Thanks in advance .
Can anyone help me do photoshop (face off/replace a face) some picture? It's kind of a prank for my friend's birthday, please help. Thanks ^^
Hello Everyone!
I am facing a problem with a brush in Photoshop CS6 Portable. I'm using a Wacom Intuos Pro and yesterday I drew a picture. Today I come back to that same picture and when I select it so I can work on it with the same brush, the nuances are gone. Meaning when I give a lighter stroke there isn't an increase in opacity, like a real brush effect. The stroke is just fully there or it isn't. I'm baffled to what might be the cause of this and feel like I've tried everything so if anyone can offer any help on this issue I would be forever grateful!
Edit: I think I solved it, I turned on always pressure for size and adjusted the brush size and it seems to give me the same brush I was using (yes I'm kind of a noob, especially with tablets), somehow it got turned off I guess? I was wondering though, is it possible to extract the exact brush info & brush parameters from a drawing, by for instance clicking on it?
Hi everyone
I am not that much newbie to Photoshop but still i am not an expert. That is why i am here to seek some help.
I am trying to make one of my picture like the attached image.
I tried posterize the image and setting the value to 5 and then applying gradient map and giving different colors but it doesn't make it like the one in picture. The image gets distorted and the features of face doesn't get elaborated.
Can anyone help me out please in this regards?
Hi everyone.I have prepared a sheet. When ı duplicate a picture to the sheet adjusting the picture's size 40cm width, the picture appears very very small(small than 40cm).I am adding pictures which explains my problem thank you very much...
I've tried absolutely everything and I cannot get this to look realistic. I've been trying (for days) to add my sister's head onto another body. Long story short: My sister's birthday is this weekend and we are trying to make this "mock photo" into a card for her, it's a hilarious somewhat inside joke. It would be GREATLY appreciated if someone could put her face onto the other girl's body and make it look real.
For photo number two we would need the head on the right.
Hello Photoshop masters, having a bit of trouble fixing this picture and its driving us nuts.
The light streak over the face, I would assume the rest of the streak wont be a big deal but if you feel like it you can give tips on that too!
THANKS!
Hello forum,
A customer asked me to remove some text off the t-shirts of some boxing people, but it is a difficult job and i'm wondering how i can do this the easiest way.
Below you can see the part of the picture that has to be retouched into just a black t-shirt.
I already tried to select it and fill it content-aware, but without succes, it copies the boxer's head onto the t-shirt.
Thank you for any advice.
Hi!
I have a dilemma with a high resolution picture that I want to use on a large screen. The problem is the screen has a low resolution which seem to distort the picture sometimes. Also I would like to zoom in the picture.
The monitor is a 47 inch HP LD4720tm sporting a 1,920 by 1,080 resolution. So the resoultion is like an ordinary desktop monitor but the size is more than double that. In other words, the pixel density (ppi) is much smaller.
The picture is of a clock. Size is about 670X670 pixels. I cropped out this clock from a larger 12MP Raw format Nikon picture. The cropped out clock looks something like this (my real image is copyright protected but this is very similar with 700x644px):
On the screen this picture should take up a fixed size of 170X170 pixels (ie about 10% of the monitor).
The first way I did this was to simply in Photoshop Elements save the 670X670 picture as a png and with dimensions 170X170 pixels. ("Save for web" to get it as small in size as possible and chose png and 170X170). Then I put the 170X170 pic on the background canvas. It looks very nice. However, when I zoomed in the numbers and other details look very jagged or blurry.
So now I tried with the larger resolution 670X670px. I put this on the background too, and as it should only take up 170X170px, I clicked it and dragged to resize it. But this picture looks much worse than the 170X170 pic. I suppose the 170X170 pic perfectly fits the 170X170 space while the 670X670px is distorted. I mean, for the 170X170 pic there will be one pixel for each monitor point. When I do the exact same comparison on a 21 inch 1920X1080 monitor they look equally good, so it must be due to the low pixel density of the 48 inch monitor where the human eye can see each pixel.
However, now when I zoom in the details for the 670X670px were clearly visible.
I tried a few other resoultions like 360X360 and 270X270 (I resized the 670X670 pic to these sizes) and both png and jpeg. They also looked worse in normal view but of course in zoomed view they displayed more details than the 170X170 pic.
My dilemma now is how to get an image that will look good both when zoomed in and when in 100% zoom (normal view) on this large screen. Is there a way to do this. Eg like resizing to a resolution larger than 170X170 that will also look good in normal view.
Thanks.
Hi Everyone,
I have a simple and hopefully quick fix. The tie was not adjusted in the picture and photographer did not pay attention to the detail and this picture will be used for the year book. I was wondering if somebody would be willing to take. I submitted a tie picture I had gotten fixed for my mothers birthday a few months ago so I was hoping I could get lucky again.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tie fix
EDIT: I realized that I ruined the picture dimensions trying to adhere to the forum attachment rules. I am fixing it at the moment and uploading a new picture.
