I was taking pictures at an ice rink and had to shoot through the netting. I'm new to photoshop and was wondering if it is possible to edit out the netting from this picture? I know it's pretty faint, but dark enough to muck up the picture.
Hi Everyone,
I have a simple and hopefully quick fix. The tie was not adjusted in the picture and photographer did not pay attention to the detail and this picture will be used for the year book. I was wondering if somebody would be willing to take. I submitted a tie picture I had gotten fixed for my mothers birthday a few months ago so I was hoping I could get lucky again.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tie fix
EDIT: I realized that I ruined the picture dimensions trying to adhere to the forum attachment rules. I am fixing it at the moment and uploading a new picture.

My mom was in town last weekend and I'd like to make the pictures of her and my son and niece really pop and have a better look to them than just snapshots. I picture a solid background free of distractions, eyes popping and even skin tones. Both my son and my niece have dark brown eyes and I am having issues getting them to stand out.
I'm still learning how to do some things in photoshop but do know how to navigate mostly! Any critique is welcome or advice even! I want to learn, and with these pictures I'm not sure what I need to do to make them pop lol.
Thank you in advance!
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if someone could please help me out. I do not have Photoshop, so I just downloaded GIMP tonight. I am beginning to learn the ropes but would really like a photo edited in the mean time.
There is an annoying pipe in the 2 attached photos that I would like to be removed, if possible. If anyone can spare a few minutes to remove it that would be awesome. Also, the lion in the first picture doesn't seem to be as rich in color and/or in focus as he is in the second picture, so if a certain effect (the picture seems "whiter" than the 2nd, so maybe it's too bright?) can be used to help him stand out that would be great. I trust your opinions/suggestions, so if you want to mess around with it and add certain things please do. I'm sure these two edits are very basic (item removal and sharpening/adding color to an image), so I hope to learn how to do it in GIMP within the next few days.
Thanks so much
Hello Photoshop Gurus!
I have an image that I need to edit but unfortunately do not know anything about editing. (other than drawing rectangles)
I would like to "edit out" or get rid of the bottles that appear between the 2 guys in the picture (so we dont come off as alcoholics).
The help will be really appreciated. Thank you all so much
Alright, so I run a page on Facebook devote to the franchise, Fallout. I stumbled upon this picture and thought that it was an amazing idea. However, the photo is choppy and very poor quality. I was wondering if anyone was up to the challenge to attempt to create a better quality photo for me.
My page has 4.3K likes. So your work will be seen. I'll obviously credit you for it. By request, if someone wants to see the page, I'll post it in the comments. I'm not trying to advertise it, just seeing if anyone was willing to give this a go.
The idea of the photo is to 'shop doge's head onto dogmeats body, while keeping the same colors as dogmeat. It might be a very easy job, but as I'm a big noob with photoshop, I can't figure it out. I can handle the text.
Let me know, thanks for reading.

This an image of myself. I have been trying to make it an overall better photo but I'm failing miserably. I know the background is a bit distracting, but I need help. I need this photo for my website, so I need it to look more like a professional portrait. Maybe some makeup, remove the background to something less noisy, sharpen it a bit, basically make it look like a model. Is that even possible? lol The reason I need to use this photo is it is the only one I have of myself with hair extensions in. My website is for hair extensions, so I feel this image is necessary. I do not currently have them in and do not want to put them back in for one picture. They are too long lasting for that.
Can anyone help me please? If not, can someone give me detailed instructions to do so in photoshop elements 9? Thank you!!
I linked here to the biggest picture of any galaxy taken by the Hubble telescope of Andromeda, M31. It is such an incredible photo, and when I zoom in, I can see each star.
But, as good as the Hubble is, each star is a bit of a blur due to the very long exposure times, and weaknesses of the photo sensors, etc...so the stars appear much larger than they really are. When you look up at night into the sky, you don't see each star as a blob like these, but rather, a pinpoint of tiniest light, sharp with emptiness around it.
So, the challenge is...is it possible to edit this photo to make each star a much smaller point of light, so the stars would appear as they do in reality?
If it's too big of a project, what about editing just a small frame of a zoomed-in image, like the pic above?

How is an edit like this done?
Clever masking? Like can anyone take the original, turn it into the after an explain what they did?
The colors and exposures are totally different, it doesnt even look like the same picture
