Hi I have a photocopied image (attached). I would like to make the dark areas consistently dark - at the moment they're patchy. I've tried using the clone tool but end up with repeat patterns. I just want a consistent 'dark grey' around the womans face rather than a patchy greys. Hope someone can help!
Hello,
I would like to remove background from image attached, but I don't have expierience needed to do it becaouse of dark hair and dark background. If anyone have some spare time to play with it I would really appreciate it .

I need blank backround.
Best regards, Boris
I have a photo with numerous strips of nearly washed out skin tones and some very dark shadowed ones. Having no luck trying to darken the light and lighten the dark so it presents natural gradients. In fact I can't get those areas to gradually transition at all. They become uniformly too dark or uniformly too light.as if painted with a spray gun. Surely one of you smart people can tell me how to do this.
Well her is my big challenge of the week.... Can anyone advise me how I can make the skirt part of this dress ivory colour like the bodice, rather than appearing a grey gradient all the way down the skirt now. It looked good as the original photo but now that I have cut it out and put it on a white background it looks so weird!! Also the see through tulle fabric at that shows really dark grey at the bottom of the dress should be a lighter ivory colour if there is any ideas how to do that too!
Hi I've just created a white circle. I would like to add some shading on it to make it appear more 3D.
I use the gradient tool...but instead of it being white...with dark grey/black shading. It goes from white and fades to the colour of the background it's on. I've spent hours messing around with the gradient tool and the colours will not change. It just fades to whatever background it's on rather than a specified colour. All I want is a white sphere with black shading...rather than see through white.
It's driving me mad.
Cheers
Hi,
Were looking for someone who has the skills to edit the image below:
Image shows a garden area with dark grey granite flagstones which are all the same size and run diagonally.
The granite is going to be changed to Indian sandstone and below are some typical images of Indian sandstone.
(If you Google image "Indian sandtone" you can see many more)
Note the Indian sandstone in made of different size pieces.
The brief is to replace the dark grey granite with the Indian sandstone with correct perspective and proportions etc so we have a genuine realistic image.
We are happy to pay a sensible amount (ideally by PayPal)
Many thanks.
Just wondering if anyone can post step by step on how to get a get as much detail out of an extremely dark photo. Keep in mind that i am talking about photos that sometimes we take but aren't meant to be posted or send to anyone else, so it doesn't really have to look good. Here is one I have tried to lighten up. once I enhance it, I can see there is a iron work but I am not sure what it is (I have attached the original photo). I understand there is a limit to what can be done but I just want to know if I am reaching that limit. Thanks guys
Hi All
I am reasonably new to photoshop but am wanting to get a lot better! I am quite interested in being able to change the colours/livery of objects in photos most notably trains due to this being one of my main interests.
I have an image of a train and I want to edit the livery but keep an element of realism.so It doesn't just look drawn like a cartoon. I have made an attempt at this but I am not massively happy with the results. I have uploaded both a copy of the original image and a copy of my amended image. My main problem is the lack of realism, because I am trying to go from a very light colour to quite a dark blue I seem to lose a lot of the detail from the original image.
I have also uploaded an image of the sort of thing I would like to achieve. The person who has done this makes a really good job of them and I would love to be able to achieve similar results.
The way I have created my image is simply but creating adjustment layers for hue and saturation and levels and played with the settings until I get something like.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can make a better attempt at changing to colour so it retains an element of realism?

Thanks In advance.

I was doing a restoration project for the community center that i work for, But I got an issue with the lighter spots in the surrounded area. I planed to make a selection of the areas, use hue/ saturation to desaturate and then equal the tones between light and dark making an adjustment dodge and burn layers. But I think there are other methods as well which can solve this issue. You can download the untouched original version of the pic from the link and feel welcome to give a try whit your versions and suggestions of this project.
I will appreciate your opinion and help.
Here is my work in progress and the issue:

Hello all,
An intermediate Photoshop user here... Please see the attached image.
How can I make the yellowish background more equal in color? I mean, how can I make it fairly the same color, get rid of the brighter and darker portions? Tried everything I know, no real success. Cannot use the clone stamp tool, there are also graphics (the little stars), will take ages if even possible.
How would you do it? Is there some kind of magic button?
I have also attached the psd file... (diffrent image, not the one shown below, same problem)
