is there any design notes facility in Photoshop.Where my team can see what i have done on an ongoing work like how many pixels radius i used on a rectangle etc.. working in a team?? Thanks in advance.
Ok guys so ill start by saying that I am new to Photoshop, slowly learning my way threw things as I go. I picked up adobes offer on Photoshop/lightroom so those are the only 2 programs i currently have to work with. I am on a paintball team and we got jerseys made. We had quite a few problems with the company printing them so they offered to throw a free banner in for us. The issue is that we didnt already have a banner designed and since the design cost would be on the company printing it now they came up with a pretty horrible design, they literally just took the front of our jersey and put it on the banner and it looks pretty bad. Im having a roadblock on how i could even design this banner so I was hoping to have a little input from everyone here. I will post our jersey below, their suggested banner, and then just a fun little mock up that I did trying to learn my way threw photoshop. Please note that on my mock up i used words instead of actual sponsor logos, i need to use logos in the actual banner but couldnt get it to look right with them in mine.
Hello,
I wanted to ask if someone is willing to make me a template, which I can upload and make my iphone case. My soccer team plays in second devision Belgium, so of course there is no case. I have no idea if someone can do this? I have tried, but obviously failed so badly. For design wise, it's all up to you, I only request that you use my team colors, which is purple and white. My teams name is Patro Eisden, website is patromaasmechelen.be if you need it.
So anyone up for the challenge?
This is the logo of my team.
Thanks in advance. No hard feelings if nobody wants to help a fella out
Hey guys,
I hope you all don't mind me asking a few questions in this thread regarding a graphics design apprenticeship.
Well since I am a huge fan of photoshop, and love designing. I wanted a career out of it so I have decided I would like to do an apprenticeship.
Anyway, I'm just wondering what softwares I should get myself familiar with before I start my course?
I have Photoshop and inDesign already, any others? Be reasonable here though as design softwares are not cheap, please only suggest the important ones.
Hey guys!
I have a burning question for you all, this can apply to anyone on the forum, new and old, it's mainly a get to know you session, just to get an idea of who's who.
-What is your specialist design subject?
-Or what specialist subject are you currently working towards?
-How did you find yourself specializing in this subject?
-What has motivated you to keep at it?
-Do you have any examples of your work to show?
Your specialist area doesn't necessarily have to be including Photoshop as the pivotal tool here, your camera and a good lighting set up might be all you need.
For example, My current specialist design subject is 3D modelling and texturing for games.
How
I came across 3d Modelling as my main subject over a year ago in my A level Graphic Design course, I wanted to think outside of the box compared to my classmates, so I looked into using 3dsmax for some of the parts of my composition. I've been texturing game assets since 2012.
I'm on 3dsmax nearly every day, so I've been getting plenty of practice in, it was initially very hard to get used to, because I was so used to thinking in 2d, but once I grasped it, I had grasped it for life.
I was texturing game assets at the age of 15, my comprehensive knowledge of photoshop by this point had helped me achieve very high quality textures to upgrade the 2001 game Ghost Recon. The project too approximately a year of solid texturing after school to complete
Motivation:
My primary motivation is seeing the models and textures take form, and Every day I'm learning. These days I find myself more and more surprised at how quickly I can learn new things.
I've currently found my place in an Arma 3 modding team, building character models and accessories, as well as a weapon, for the game, and I have been previously approached by Indie Game Devs to help them with their character design.
This is my most recent project, and this is also my first weapon project.

so the questions above are there to be answered. where do you stand in the creative arts?
Ok so as the title says i need a logo for my CSGO (Counter Strike Global Offense) Team. I already have a picture drawn out, but i need the skills of a Photoshop master to make it come to the computer screen. if you can, make at least 3 different styles of the logo. if you cant do 3 different styles that's perfectly fine, i just really need help making this on the computer. Here is the Logo that i have drawn and would like to be made.
As an extra note. if at all possible i would like for the hawk to be colored with blue and white and the eye be black. But as i said above if you can do 3 different styles of the hawk with the words " Team Pantheon" added to it, that would be great and i would be greatly appreciative of it. Now for the background, i really don't care if its just the hawk itself, but if you think it would look better with a shield or a hexagon or a circle in the back then go ahead. I only provided the drawing (i would really like to see your guys' creativity as well since i have non when it comes to Photoshop).
I would like to see what you can do with it. i would like the words "Team Pantheon" to be put into the logo somehow but don't make it too big. here are some examples to reference to if you need to
If you do decide to help me out, just post a response either saying you will do it and we can exchange contact. or just re post the finished product here.
Hi Photoshop gurus,
I really need some help from you guys to make a present for a friend. A work colleague of mine is moving to Australia and I want to make her a calendar with pictures of all of the staff she works with. We've been a close knit staff team for years and we will all miss her loads. I want her to take away something special that's taken thought and effort, and most important will make her laugh.
If I post a load of pictures and explain what I want, is anyone willing to get on board and help me? Could be a fun project for you!
Thanks in advance
Jo
Now most of us here, I can imagine are here to learn and enhance our knowledge on photoshop. Maybe you are a photographer and use photoshop to tweak your photos, or just here for social fun as a hobby.
I'm on PSG today because..?
Graphics design is a hobby of mine, and it has been for a long time. I am here today as I would like to improve on my photoshop skills (self study), and hopefully one day have a career in this sector.
Now its your turn, why are you here today?
Hello, I am opening a new game studio and need a graphic designer to create logos, backgrounds and wallpapers.
I know asking for someone to do this for free is quite a lot I am willing to pay you once I get funding to produce our first game, so if your good you may be able to stay around to create design work for our production in games.
Here is a short description of our company:
We're a team of two who were founded in January, 2015. Our goal is to produce high quality, innovative works of electronic art. We are mostly interested in creating games that include rich, open world, multiplayer environment
If your interested in doing some free design work until I receive fundings, I would be glad to here from you. Post in this thread or contact me here
Luke.
Good Day/Night to all,
I'm here to ask a quick question. When using Photoshop to design a Tshirt for example, an all over Tshirt and you have the image size set to 300 resolution 26 Width, 29 Height and 7% zoom. Do I have to change the zoom to 100% to see how the design will actually look in person?
I know you would be doing this free of charge for a complete stranger but i was hoping to get a clan logo made for my call of duty team. I am not very good at photoshop yet im still learning so i was hoping someone skilled and kind enough to help me would. I'm looking for a Faze or Optic type logo without actually stealing there logo My team name is NiteMare Gaming if you could use NMG for the logo in cool and aesthetically pleasing way using the colors red black and a very small amount of silver for accents besides the specifications do what you want make it your own greatly appreciated thanks.
