Ps For Video/animation: How Do I Zoom To A Precise Point?

Hello,

Tshirt Sizing

Good Day/Night to all,

I'm here to ask a quick question. When using Photoshop to design a Tshirt for example, an all over Tshirt and you have the image size set to 300 resolution 26 Width, 29 Height and 7% zoom. Do I have to change the zoom to 100% to see how the design will actually look in person?

Correcting Colour On Bridesmaid Dress Photo

Well her is my big challenge of the week.... Can anyone advise me how I can make the skirt part of this dress ivory colour like the bodice, rather than appearing a grey gradient all the way down the skirt now. It looked good as the original photo but now that I have cut it out and put it on a white background it looks so weird!! Also the see through tulle fabric at that shows really dark grey at the bottom of the dress should be a lighter ivory colour if there is any ideas how to do that too!

Challenge To Sharpen Biggest Galaxy Picture...

I linked here to the biggest picture of any galaxy taken by the Hubble telescope of Andromeda, M31. It is such an incredible photo, and when I zoom in, I can see each star.

But, as good as the Hubble is, each star is a bit of a blur due to the very long exposure times, and weaknesses of the photo sensors, etc...so the stars appear much larger than they really are. When you look up at night into the sky, you don't see each star as a blob like these, but rather, a pinpoint of tiniest light, sharp with emptiness around it.

So, the challenge is...is it possible to edit this photo to make each star a much smaller point of light, so the stars would appear as they do in reality?

If it's too big of a project, what about editing just a small frame of a zoomed-in image, like the pic above?

Please Advice Me On Revisions To Be Done In This .psd (double Exposure Photoshop)

Hi guys, it's been a while.

Recently I've been attempting on a double exposure thingy using a selfie of myself with a photo of the Eiffel Tower. I understand that using the photo that I have obtained from Flickr may be without permission (but it was downloadable and I have no intentions on using it more than as a private photo and training experience) so I hope to not be bashed on it. :\

Either way, this is the end result I have gotten so far, I am wondering if you guys are free to have a look at my progress and see if you could do any revisions of your own into it? I'm sure many of you here have already attempted it way more than I have and are definitely better than me on this. Would appreciate any advice!

Here is the Dropbox link (50MB)

thank you and I hope to get some advice on this and hear from you soon!

sincerely,

I Need Help With Editing A Photo. Please.

Printing Photos - Too Much Cropping

Using PS CC. I have set a photo to an image size of 4x6. I am uploading to an online photo printing service to purchase multiple copies of the photo on 4x6 glossy paper. I've tried both Costco Photo and Shutterfly but the cropping that is required cuts into the people shown on the photo. I tried increasing the print size to 5x7 but it cropped even more. If I use my own printer, I can reduce the photo to fit the paper size. This option is not available online. I tried reducing the image size to 5x3, but that doesn't work either. How do I format my photo to eliminate so much cropping with these online services? Thanks for any help you can give me. I've been using Photoshop for several years and have gone to two classes. Unfortunately, I only use it a few times a year so it's almost always like being a newb! Anne

Question About A Photo + Request

Hi! I was wondering if there's anything that could be done to 'fix' this photo? If so, would someone be willing to do it?
Thanks!

Challenging Photo Edit - Person Removal

Hi all

I have this photo from many years ago. I love the pic but have not been with the girl for years and years and would like to see if she can be erased (from the photo)

I have tried myslf using GIMP but my extremely limited knowledge andskill make the results less than mediocre so was hoping someone could give it a go for me

Thank you in advance for anything you can do

How To Achieve This Effect

This is a photo by Cecil Beaton that appeared in Vogue Magazine in 1948. It's currently being used in advertisements for a fashion exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum in New York. I'm trying to put my finger on what specifically gives this image it's interesting, painterly quality. I think I see that the dresses are high-contrast and saturated, whereas the skin tones are the opposite. The white walls also appear to be somewhat desaturated, which make the clothes pop. Is there anything else going on here that I'm not seeing? What kinds of Photoshop adjustments would give a normal photo this kind of appearance?

Also, how in the world was this done back in 1948, when Photoshop ran on wood-burning computers?

P.S.
I hope I'm not violating any copyright rules by posting the photo here. Apologies if I am.
