Where can you find very good stock photos the people can actually use?
For example in this speedart, where could I find a similar cloudy background?

Good morning everyone, I have not used a forum like this before, so please bear with me
I'm a dancer (in a Gentleman's Club) and I have to take photos for work...Nothing smutty,or nude, just stuff to load onto a Facebook page. However I'm rubbish at taking the photos, always end up with junk in the background, looking really amateur. I have tried using the edit photos option on my phone, but seem equally useless at that lol. If I post a distinctly average attempt at a photo on here, can you guys show me the best that can be done with it?
Kindest regards
Nicola
Good evening. I'm new here- not sure why I didn't have an account long ago.
I have a question- I'm aware of many sites that offer photos for free personal use and even commercial use however, does anyone know of any sites that have free photos for commercial re-sale permitting that the photo itself has been manipulated to the degree in which it is not longer identifiable as the original image?
I know that this is a stretch- as I understand and respect that no one does anything for fun and sharing however, it's a shot.
Thanks for taking the time to read this over.

Hi everyone. I am desperately hoping someone might be able to help. My grandfather went to my cousin's graduation yesterday and had 2 photos taken with him. He has emailed me the photos, asking if there's a way to fix them as he would like a memento of the day. I have no idea if these photos can be saved, but if you can I would truly appreciate it....
I have clicked around 300 photos and all turned out to be normal as intended except few every now & then (9 photos) where the subject tht is standing is appearing to be compressed, i.e, wrong aspect ratio... whereas background seems perfectly normal... I have no clue how this can happen....
Pls provide your input..... Also if it can corrected in Photoshop CS6
The people I want gone are circled, with the original photos copied again, thanks
So I am a self taught photoshopper and I had a friend ask me to do cover art for his next album. He's just a small time local artist and had the pretty generic idea of a photo mosaic of his face made up of other pictures, but I don't believe in doing poor quality work. I'm a little lost on how to go about this project though. I know that I have to place photos of the same color on his face to build it up but I'm not sure how to start. All I can find for tutorials on the subject either use the same photo over and over or use overlay or something to make the photos appear to be the right color when they aren't actually. Or people just use software to do it for them. Can anyone help with either tips or a link to a tutorial or anything about how to organically make a photo mosaic in photoshop. I don't want to use software because he wants to make money off his album and I don't want to step on copyright infringements and I also think it looks stiff. Any tips??
Hey there,
I have been working at this problem for a while and still haven't found a good solution, so here goes:
I am starting a new business making terrariums and am starting to take product shots to build my website. I am trying to take the photo of a few terrariums (glass container with plants in it), remove the background and put it over a new background layer of a forest scene. After about 4 hours of trial and error (and much manual outline selection) I got to the .gif attachment you see below, it's grainy and there is not good colour detail.
I sometimes found it hard to take clear photos of the plants inside the terrariums because there was a lot of glare on the glass. I have 4 background colour options: blue, red, white and black. I opted for the red because I thought it would be the most contrasting with the contents of the terrarium.
What would be the best way to remove the background and to achieve this?
Hi all,
I've been seeing this advert around London a lot recently and really like the effect they've used on the photos. I had a go but can't work it out.
I'm an intermediate level Photoshop user so have a basic understanding of most aspects of the programme so however you think it has been done just let me know and i'll have a go at it on a few of my own photos and post back.
Thanks for the help
David
Hi everyone!
Can someone please tell me/ or link me a good tutorial to how a realistic paint splash can be made? I couldn't find any tutorials, which showed how to recreate this
effect. Do I need a initial stock picture of a paint splash?
I have an example pic. (http://absurdwordpreferred.deviantar...-PNG-168320819)
I googled around, and only found out, that i've to use the Plastic Wrap Filter, that's a start, but it sill isn't very close to what I want?
